LATE NIGHT SWIM
Rutland Lifestyle members had a splashing good time at the master-planned community’s First Annual Late Night Swim event hosted by the Rutland Lifestyle Committee and sponsored by HHHunt Homes. On Friday, July 25th, approximately 150 adventure-seeking “kids of all ages” donned their bathing suits and gathered together at Rutland’s Resident Clubhouse for an exciting evening of fun and fellowship.
“We are thrilled with the turnout, as well as the enthusiasm our homeowners have shown for the Rutland Lifestyle Membership Program,” said Jeri Copeland, new home sales executive for HHHunt Homes. “It was a memorable evening and a great way to celebrate the wonderful spirit of the community.”
Resident members enjoyed poolside music by DJ Jason Paige of Celebrity Radio DJs – also the emcee for pool games such as the Seahorse Relay, Hula Hoop Contest, Kickboard Relay, Plunger Relay and Watermelon Football. The pool deck served as the concrete canvas for the “Chalk the Walk Art Explosion” – a showcase of chalk masterpieces by even the littlest of Rutland’s Lifestyle artists.
The Rutland Lifestyle Committee distributed complementary ice cream tickets. Members enjoyed cool treats from the Mister Softee Ice Cream Truck, as well as delicious fare from the popular Slideways Mobile Bistro Food Truck. HHHunt Homes sponsored personal coolers as prize giveaways.
INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION
HHHunt Homes was a proud sponsor of Rutland’s Independence Day event hosted by our Communities division and its Lifestyle Committee. More than 250 members attended the celebration on Saturday, June 28th at the Resident Clubhouse. Guests enjoyed live music by Crush, as well as a selection of refreshments offered by Street Deli Cafe and the Mister Softee Ice Cream Truck. 100 free ice cream tickets were distributed courtesy of The Rutland Lifestyle Committee.
Eating contests brought out the competitive spirit of all guests, with kids challenging themselves to a cupcake-eating contest and dads “taking out” some delicious baked pies (Keith Griffin dominated that scene)! A beer truck offered a selection of ice cold adult beverages, including a tasty cider, for which event sponsor HHHunt Homes provided logo beer cups.
And, when the sugar rush was in full force, the kids enjoyed turns in the on-site bounce house and inflatable slide. Whew!
BEER & WINE TASTING
HHHunt Homes was, again, a proud sponsor of Rutland’s Beer & Wine Tasting event for Rutland Foundation members. With our (very cool) logo beer cups and wine tumblers in hand, approximately 75 members enjoyed a variety of featured libations on Saturday, May 17th at the Rutland House.
A selection of four wines were presented by Saude Creek Vineyards, and Midnight Brewery featured four craft beers. HHHunt Homes sponsored tasty gourmet nibblers of fresh seasonal fruit and cheese assortments in the Wine-Tasting Room, and croissant sandwiches and deviled eggs in the Beer-Sampling Room. YUM!
